Healthy Drink: Almond Butter Milkshake

This is an utterly delicious healthy alternative to a milkshake. You could also try with different types of nut butters to give different flavours. Blend up and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

3tbsp white almond butter (or normal)
250ml brown rice milk
50g banana
2 tsp chia seeds
Small pinch fresh nutmeg
1 tsp melted coconut oil

OPTIONAL

1 scoop of your vegan protein powder ( Sun warrior)

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and wiz up until smooth
