Got To Believe: Best Ending Ever

The best teen stars in the Philippines Kathryn Bernardo (as Chichay) and Daniel Padilla (as Joaquin) has left Pinoy TV screen indefinitely as the best TV series since last year ended tonight.

Got 2 Believe G2B

The original Got To Believe is a movie played many years ago by Claudine Barretto and Rico Yan. The TV promises to be different and it did just that and more.

I miss the most kilig TV series ever in Primetime Bida!

The last episode.

G2B Cast

1: Joaquin and Chichay 2: Joaquin’s Parents 3: Chichay’s Parents

Julianna, Joaquin’s mother, confesses it was her gun and bullet that accidentally shot Joaquin in the head. Joaquin is willing to forgive his mother, Julianna, anything that was done in the past. Chichay, as always the forgiving heart, forgives Julianna and believes their family can get through the hardship. Joaquin slowly approached Julianna, took the gun she has been holding and threw it out of reach. Joaquin and Jamie, Joaquin’s dad, held Julianna close to them.

The next scene was when Joaquin walked in to the Tampipi family dinner. He also announced that his mother is with him. Julianna approached Betchay, Chichay’s mother, and asked for forgiveness. Julianna then asked the Tampipi family to take care of her son. The police appeared and invited Julianna to leave with them. Joaquin and Jaime showed their support to Julianna.

The next scene showed Chichay and Joaquin’s college friends contemplating what happened to them. One of Joaquin’s friend admitted that his father received an invitation from Joaquin’s family and thinks it’s a wedding invitation. [Read more...]

Everyone’s Irish On March 17th

I’m seeing green and glitters!

St. Patrick's Day

In the Philippines, we don’t normally celebrate St. Patrick’s Day like the Irish.
Since it’s celebrated in the Catholic churches, this is why we notice how the Irish does it
every 17th of March.

If you see someone wearing green and greets you, give them a kiss, cheek to cheek.
Have a blast to my Irish friends!

Oh, let me know if you want me to make a tutorial on how to make glittered fonts!

January 2014 Favorites

photo JANUARYCURE_zpsca806596.jpgI’ve decided to minimize product purchases this year thus the bare monthly favourites list this month. My favourites this month are: Oishi Marty’s Baconette Strips, “The Internship” movie and “saconnejolys” of Youtube.

The Internship movie stars Vince Vaughn and Owen Wilson. I love how the movie captures this generation’s smarts and how the two actors teaches other intern applicants some life lessons. Definitely a must watch!

My morning routine includes a stream marathon of my Youtube subscriptions. My favourite channel to watch every morning is this Irish family, SaconneJolys. I love watching their cute baby girl!

What are your favourites this month? Let me know in the comments below. Thank you for reading!

#BlogMas : Staying Healthy This Christmas

I love to eat. I used to enjoy physical activities or hitting the gym. But I don’t know, my couch and I, we’ll we’re in love! Ideally, if you love to eat, you should also love to exercise. How else are you going to keep those pounds off? Women’s Health Magazine tells us how.

Women’s Health magazine cover girl is the Filipina host, singer and actress Karylle. The cover earned her the monicker “miss kurbada (curvy)” given by her fellow hosts on her noontime gig “It’s Showtime”. The 32 year old celebrity tells WH how she keeps fit despite her gruelling schedule.

Stories I enjoyed reading are Hot-For-The-Holidays Fitness Plan, The 15-Minute Workout Plan, the 1,500 calorie “Your Flat-Belly Day” eating plan, Beware of the Money Buzz, Keep Your Drive Alive and Be A Laughter, Not A Fighter. [Read more...]

#BlogMas : Create A Christmas Playlist

There’s something about Christmas tunes that will get you into the festive mood. It’s been awhile since I’ve ever played Christmas songs.

12.20.11

In the past, when I used to live away from home, I only get to hear Christmas songs playing while I’m at the mall. Last year, my Mama turned on her Christmas songs playlist from her computer. I’d like to make my playlist this time.

Here’s a list of Christmas songs that might get you into the spirit of giving and in remembering the birth of Jesus.

  1. Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas – Kelly Clarkson
  2. O Holy Night – Glee Cast
  3. Silent Night – Boyz II Men
  4. The First Noel – Josh Groban and Faith Hill
  5. My Grown Up Christmas List – Kelly Clarkson [Read more...]

#BlogMas : Christmas Bedside Read

In the spirit of Christmas, I decided to look for Christmas inspired, fiction e-books to download and read. If it’s an e-book, I’ll probably go through the book for one day and I’ll be done with it. But I’m not one to complain, I just love to read! It’s great to have something to read after a day of Christmas rush and preparations.

I have chosen three romance fiction, easy read books.

I Heart Christmas

I Heart Christmas by Lindsey Kelk

Angela’s planning her very own fairytale of New York…

  • Enormous Christmas tree
  • Eggnog
  • Eccentric British traditions
  • Gorgeous man

But Santa’s throwing her a few curveballs – new job (as if it’s not mental enough already), new baby-craze from her best friend Jenny, and Alex determined they should grow up and settle down. Once friends start turning up uninvited on her doorstep (and leading her astray), can Angela really have a merry little Christmas? So much for happy holidays – something’s got to give…

Two Tickets To The Christmas Ball by Donita K. Paul

Two Tickets To The Christmas BallCan mysterious matchmaking booksellers bring two lonely hearts together in time for Christmas?

In a sleepy, snow-covered city, Cora Crowder is busy preparing for the holiday season. Searching for a perfect gift, a fortuitous trip to Warner, Werner, and Wizbotterdad’s (a most unusual bookshop) leads to an unexpected encounter with co-worker Simon Derrick. And the surprise discovery of a ticket for a truly one-of-a-kind Christmas Ball.

Every year, the matchmaking booksellers of the Sage Street bookshop host an enchanting, old-fashioned Christmas Ball for the romantic matches they’ve decided to bring together.

This year, will Simon and Cora discover a perfect chemistry in their opposite personalities and shared faith? Or will the matchmakers’ best laid plans end up ruining everything this holiday? [Read more...]
