Nestle Fitnesse 14 Day Program

I used to have a lean and toned body. I was part of a dance group back in High School and College. Because people associate me as “that girl with the long black hair, dancer”, I decided to stop dancing after I graduated College. Now, I’m paying for it. I have never been active after those years. As we age, our metabolism is not the same as it was. It also doesn’t help that I used to work in a stressful environment and I live a very sedentary lifestyle. Well, save for the window-shopping exercise I get at shopping malls.

First, I want to say that we should all love the body and shape that we are in.

 

I do not consider myself as overweight. I have calculated my BMI base on my age and height; this weight I am in is normal but close to being overweight as an adult. Although it says it’s normal, I am not happy with the way clothes fit me and how I look on pictures. I have never been “chuby cheeks”!

I decided to try the Nestle Fitnesse 14 Day Program and I will tell you now that I will surely fail. I am never disciplined enough to stick to a healthy routine or diet. But, I will still try.

32/52 Nestle Fitnesse 14 Day Program

Nestle Fitnesse 14 Day Program is replacing 2 meals a day with a bowl of the Nestle Fitnesse cereal.

An Example Meal Plan:

Breakfast: 30 g bowl of Nestle Fitnesse with 125 ml skimmed milk, one piece of fruit, and 1 cup of tea or coffee. 

Lunch: Balanced meal with vegetables, meat or fish or eggs, bread, dairy products.

Dinner: 30 g bowl of Nestle Fitnesse with 125 ml skimmed milk, vegetables or low fat yoghurt.

    • Hi Sarah! Thanks for reading my blog. I did actually feel a difference in the way how my clothes fit me. Unfortunately, I was not able to finish the 14 day program. I plan to do this again together with some cardio exercises. Why not give it a shot and let me know how you find it. =D Come back soon!
